I am a fiber artist from Portland, Oregon! I create applique quilts from thrifted, vintage, and secondhand textiles. I’m passionate about sustainability and making art that feels like me, from fabric that would otherwise be waste. I learned to sew as a kid at a summer camp, and then completely forgot I possessed that skill until 2020 when I bought a sewing machine as a COVID hobby, in order to practice more sustainable fashion choices. I started making quilted wall hangings in late 2024 during a hard personal time, and found (to my own surprise) that I was not only extremely passionate about it, but that there is a large population of people who love fiber art out there, leading me to start this amazing business! When I’m not quilting I’m working a service industry job, doing yoga, and snuggling with my Yorkie, Matilda.
